Your session at a glance

After first contact is made through email, text, in person, or chat we will find a time that works best.  

Intake form needs to be completed at least 2 hours before your session.

For mobile (your home) clients, please have a space at least 8 feet by 8 feet available for the massage table.

For our clinic clients, Upon arrival you will be greeted and shown to the treatment room. 

The first 5-30 minutes of the session will be a consultation. 

Your therapist will instruct you on how to get on the table and help with any other special considerations.

We will leave the room and allow you time to undress to your level of comfort and get on the table UNDER the sheets.

RELAX. Let your therapist guide you. 

We will conclude the session and leave the room, giving you time and privacy to get dressed.

We will discuss what we felt and give you some "next steps" on your holistic healing journey.
